Join this roundtable discussion that examines strategies, successes, and unique challenges of building a high road retrofit industry in the Midwest with members of the Milwaukee and Cleveland Emerald Cities Collaborative. The discussion will focus on three key topics: job creation strategies, including financing, policies and project development; workforce development, including the use of Project Labor Agreements and Community Workforce Agreements; and multi-sector collaborations especially labor-community partnerships.
