Workforce development professionals and educators can use the information and tools from the Department of Labor's Career Clusters and Industry Competency Models initiatives for developing and identifying curriculum, certifications, and tests that assess work-related competencies. Learn about the latest developments on these projects, from the link to what students learn in school to the knowledge and skills they need for college and careers and to ensure training in the competencies needed to move within an industry career ladder or lattice, as well as work being done to ensure that green skills and competencies are incorporated in these models.
