Meeting Room Request

The BlueGreen Alliance Foundation would like to invite you to take full advantage of the networking and planning opportunities at the 2011 Conference by offering meeting and function space at the hotel — at no cost— on Monday, February 7 — the day before the Conference begins. This is a unique opportunity to come together and make plans with the thousands of activists and leaders who are working to build a green economy and create good, green jobs.

On Monday, February 7, the BlueGreen Alliance Foundation will provide meeting space for interested organizations to host planning meetings, receptions, breakout sessions, or other events relevant to your organization’s needs. Rooms can accommodate anywhere from 40 to 300 people.. While there is no cost for the room use or set-up, individual organizations will be responsible for additional costs such as audio visual needs and catering.
